Bibi's bread

This project is another addition to my creative spotlight, showcasing portraits of my friend Xiujie Bi, a baker and designer. Each of loafs show the delicate nature of her process and what it takes to create her signature delicious bread. With these product images I wanted to show not only the bread and pastries but also the individual ingredients and tools to show an emphasis on process and the raw nature of her bread.
